Crypto means that which is hidden. Zoology is the study of animals. Cryptozoology is the study of hidden animals or creatures not yet discovered. I believe that cryptozoology is real science because by definition, we locate hidden creatures all the time. Science is defined in my book as the search for truth. Observational science has revealed that cryptids do exist.

The coelacanth is a fish discovered in the early part of the 1900s that scientists thought was extinct for millions of years. This discovery does not surprise me, since I think evolution is patent nonsense. I believe we will discover other animals thought to be extinct. Furthermore, I believe we may discover creatures that do not appear in any fossil record. I believe some of the biggest cryptid controversies like big foot are known animals that still exist in limited numbers like the coelacanth. I truly believe Bigfoot exists and will be discovered as the known animal called gigantopithecus. My hope is to some day organize an expedition to locate this fascinating creature. Perhaps some of you can join me on my quest.

The paw on my homepage represents my interest in this incredible field of mystery. We will have a lot of fun with this topic and I am planning to explore these mysteries in an innovative progression, in hopes of locating many of these elusive animals. I want to focus on many of the famous cryptids and especially Bigfoot. If Bigfoot exists I would love to be able to discover this animal!
