The A.C.L.U has a colorful history of championing left wing causes, in fact, an incredibly good book, one that has been available for several years, illustrates the A.C.L.U s founding quite well. If you can get a copy, you may want to do so, I highly recommend it. The author is George Grant, and the title is as follows: Trial and Error, The American Civil Liberties Union and It’s Impact on your Family. I first heard about George Grant through the great work of the Late D. James Kennedy, a minister with Coral Ridge Ministries. Dr. Kennedy and others throughout the 80s, worked tirelessly to wake Americans up to the dangers that they believed threatened our freedoms. Many ministers of the 80s were right on the money, and in fact, what they preached has come to pass and more.

A.C.L.U.s Founder Roger Baldwin:

The information I googled on Roger Baldwin was different than what I have read in the past, which does not surprise me, since history is in the process of being rewritten under the guise of political correctness, and under a Phantom Progressive Constitution that does not exist. Anyway, rather than me go on and on about Roger Baldwin’s less than Patriotic history, I urge you to get the book above, and find out for yourself what the origin of the A.C.L.U is was all about, and what Roger Baldwin’s goals were for that organization and America. Many of you are likely to be shocked after reading this book.

The A.C.L.U: A Champion Against Mainstream Traditional Thought:

President Trump, for the first time in decades, is actually serving the people of this Country as an elected leader should, only to be hampered by radical individuals, organizations and political party establishments. I have previously highlighted other rats in the political swamp and will continue to do so, but, perhaps the most powerful rats in the swamp, are those that occupy positions in the legal profession and our nations courts. The left in this nation have converted much of the legal profession into a sea of activism, and they have worked hard in perverting the courts by filling them with judges that could care less about American institutions, freedom, and the Constitution. I don’t know if judges are sworn in on the Bible per Se today, but I am positive that they are charged by oath to defend the Constitution, and of course many progressive judges could careless about either historic absolutes.

Enter The A.C.L.U:

The A.C.L.U seems to always champion the people that are anti-traditional value or not even American citizens. This so-called travel ban seems to be another case where they have strayed from the mainstream here. Since when do travelers from other lands have general Constitutional rights? They don’t, unless I am missing something here. The Constitution grants rights in regards to immigrants in certain cases whereas it pertains to citizenship and special circumstances toward the goal of citizenship. All of these supposed continual court protections are cut out of whole cloth from this imaginary progressive Constitution that the left portrays in the political arena. Today, the courts and it’s judges have become the Court Jesters of the American court system on the progressive side, and organizations like the A.C.L.U exist to jump start these Circus Courts.

I went on the A.C.L.Us site and emailed them early yesterday morning, but as of yet I have not received a response to my questions regarding some of their positions. In fairness to them, I am sure they get a whole lot of e-mails, but still, I don’t have to look very far to get a handle on where they must be coming from. We have been given Abortion and Gay Marriage by progressives, and one has to bleed the Constitution to find rights in there concerning these issues, but still, the left finds these issues in a Constitution that they believe, adapts to modern times. This belief in an evolving Constitution contradicts logic in such a way, in that the Constitution can change with the whims of an attorney or a judge, is in effect, no Constitution at all, or that a Constitution that is outside of the creative process of Amendments like is prescribed by our Constitution, is like it’s phony relative biological Evolution, an endeavor into a dead end folly fantasy.

The A.C.L.U’s stance on The Second Amendment for example, seems to void their public presentation as a public civil rights organization. It appears by all of the accounts that I have followed, that the A.C.L.U takes the position that the right to bear arms points to a collective right. The A.C.L.U points to Court precedent for this position, unless they wish to correct me. On the other hand, the A.C.L.U disagrees with the modern Heller Court, which has clearly stated that the Second Amendment refers to an individual right to keep and bear arms. It seems that progressives only view the Constitution as a living, breathing document when it serves the progressive purpose. Progressives then, do not even follow their own concepts and beliefs, their beliefs do not evolve with culture, but from minute to minute, based on the ideological result at stake.

A civil rights organization is what the A.C.L.U claims to be, and they claim that past detractors have it all wrong about their founder Roger Baldwin, but logic would suggest (as a famous Vulcan would say) that if Civil Rights are your bag (as a 60’s activist might say) then such an organization would applaud a modern court that would define the Second Amendment as an individual right, right? Wrong. The A.C.L.U sides in favor of the State on this very clear issue. As far as I am concerned, this exposes the A.C.L.U’s real mission, and too, the real mission of their founder, despite modern revisionist interpretation.

I strongly recommend the book above, I will embrace the opinions and facts that George Grant presents in his book, rather than what an exposed organization has to say about it’s purpose.

What Trump Should Do:

I believe Trump should gather the finest Constitutional scholars in America, and I believe they should expose the A.C.L.Us positions regarding Civil liberties and the Constitution. Compare the A.C.L.Us positions with those of the early courts, our early school books, our early law books, and the writings of the Founding Fathers, then, endeavor to legally investigate the A.C.L.U in regards to it’s real goals for our republic. Trump should visit the A.C.L.U with a tradition that once visited her Founder Roger Baldwin. An investigation, I believe, that resulted from the belief that Baldwin endangered the very fabric of our republic. Trump is not doing anything unconstitutional, and the A.C.L.U. knows it, they’re smart, they know. Still, they undermine the President in his noble task of protecting American citizens from radical non-citizens. There, that’s the key word, non-citizens. The Constitution pertains to American citizens or in extremely narrow ways, those people who would become such, nothing more.

Judges:

Progressive American Judges are acting like other democratic leaders in America, they behave like Kings. Progressives, and the legal profession in general, are under the delusional conviction that Judges exceed in authority, every other authority under the Constitution. This may be the case in a contemporary sense, but it is anything but such historically. Judges have been told by Presidents in the past to go pound sand (in so many words), if past Presidents felt that they were violating the Constitution or the will of the people. The Swamp is perhaps no where more dangerous, more menacing, than at the swampy gavel of a leftists Judge. Their gavel is their Constitution, and the real one is a vehicle for crafty quotes, that only serve to appease a gullible public, a modern public that have been brainwashed in the once great universities across America and the seedy national media. The professors attempt to brainwash their empty minded students, and the media attempts to brainwash the rest of us. They all work together like a bunch of political pimps and prostitutes, and the only victims are the American people and their Constitution.

America is Waking up like never before, but their are still organized agitators, brainwashed agitators, and media pimps, doing their best to halt the greatness of what America once was. Hillary Clinton quoted a famous phrase during the election that goes like this: “America is great because America is good”. Now, if my memory serves me correctly she stopped right there, but there is more, and it goes like this: “When it ceases to be great, it will cease to be good”. Think about the legal moral and cultural rot that progressives have created. Think about the active shooters that their Godless America has perpetrated. Guns have always been abundant in America, but active shooters for the most part, are becoming an increasingly modern problem. Our fall toward HELL can in part, be placed at the doorsteps of policies that the American left have created and the cowardly republican right have allowed to prosper.

Along Came Trump:

Trump, like the rest of us is imperfect. BUT he is doing something very few republicans or democrats have done in decades. He is serving the American People by deeds. He is serving all races, creeds, genders and religions. He is serving honest immigrants who have worked hard to come here legally and meld into our American society. He is not dishonoring religion or race, he is honoring races that did it right, he is honoring the millions of Muslims that were born here and practice their religion in peace, who convert others by love and literacy, and not through terror and violence. Trump is honoring the Mexican or other immigrant who has sacrificed much to become an American legally, and who has embraced the American way of life, while never forgetting or dishonoring their own heritage.

A Message For President Trump:

President Donald Trump, please stay the course, it’s about time someone stood for all of the people. You know Mr. President, that millions of our college students have been deceived by radical leftists professors, that radical leftists organizations are manipulating our courts and that leftists judges are appeasing those powers in our courts, and that the media spreads their mendacity and feeds their positions to a public that is deceived by the holly wood and entertainment elites, who themselves have long been deceived. Forgive the people President Trump and continue to uphold the laws and traditions that made America great. The rest of us should pray for the minds of so many people that have become reprobate, due to lie after lie about this great, but flawed nation. No nation can hide behind historical scrutiny, but America has washed many sins among many great deeds. Now, despite your Human flaws Mr. President, like the very flaws that the rest of us possess, it does appear that for once, you are doing something we have not witnessed in a very long time, you are serving the people, instead of just yourself.
