Calling all Parents and Respectable Businesses: Do You Know What LEO (Louisville Eccentric Observer) is Teaching your Children?

I made it clear from the moment I started this blog that I am a sinner. That confession is right there in my Foundations page. My life could actually cause some people to blush if they were to view it, but displaying aspects of my sin nature would not be appropriate. It would not be appropriate because some people are offended by some people’s present or past lifestyles. Let me be clear: I am the total polar opposite of a prude. In other words, sexuality does not shock or concern me in the least. I think it is a gift from GOD. I do think the best way to express that passion is within marriage, but I have not lived up to that criteria in the past, so I judge not. I don’t care what anyone does in their bedroom or the trusty woods for that matter, but what I do care about, is when someone projects their personal beliefs onto every aspect of the population, with no more thought than they would when eating a bowl of cereal! These people abuse the integrity of the First Amendment screaming protection, while opposing it at the same time!

Leo is a prime example of this principle. They think their leftist ideas are all that matter. They don’t care that there are millions of Americans, and millions around the world that do not agree with their political philosophies, they just spew their garbage out like vomit, and the offended can descend into Hell. First, I am not offended personally, I am not a blusher, far from it, no, I am a protector, a defender of the innocent and an old school Gentleman, who thinks courtesy should be the order of the day. Leftist use the integrity of the First Amendment, while often trashing it in support of hate speech legislation. This is a form of legislation that is targeted at Conservatives and Christians, but believe me, it is not because any given Conservative or Christian speech is racist or homophobic, because it isn’t, but because most such conservative messages resonate with most people if they are heard and understood. Yes, to the left, the outdated Constitution is a stepping stone to a leftist utopia, nothing more.

IS THE MARCH 30, 2016 LEO, IN VIOLATION OF KENTUCKY REVISED STATUES CONCERNING ADULT ORIENTED MATERIAL?

I am not sure if the laws concerning adult material have been watered down to nearly extinct levels, but I know that adult material used to be regulated in a way to protect children. I often pick up a LEO to see what the lunatic left is thinking, but this time I picked it up at a venue that was full of children. You see, I frequent this wonderful business myself. This place caters to adults and children and offers dinners and shows. I am not going to name this business because it is a high class place, but like many places, I wonder if this business knows what LEO, the free publication is doing? The publication features four letter words frequently throughout its pages, but this time, the last page caught my attention right away. It is a sex column by one Dan Savage, it is called Savage Love. In this particular issue of LEO check out the first question in the rear of this publication. Now, after you read it, ask yourself as a parent or a business, if you want this free publication, laying on a rack, in the front of some business door way, accessible to your child. LEO can publish its left wing rag if it wants, and whatever it wants as far as I’m concerned, but this publication is AN ADULT PUBLICATION and should not be in the reach of children! A sinner with common sense and courtesy has spoken.

This issue of LEO also sports a lot of goofy headlines and associated stories inside, I won’t speak for LEO, but I think they are meant to be fake stories, some salted with liberal spice. There is one headline however, I partially agree with. In this story, former Founder John Yarmuth, (Congressman) is allegedly planning a hostile takeover of LEO and he is wearing a hat that mimics the Trump campaign. On Yarmuth’s hat are the words: MAKE LEO GREAT AGAIN. Now in reality, unrelated to this apparent spoof, LEO was probably actually better when Yarmuth controlled it. I Wonder if Congressman Yarmuth agrees with the explicit adult content of LEO, that is, in regards to that content being freely accessible to children? I may try to send him a link to this blog for his enjoyment.

WATCHING LEO

I wonder, should I do a monthly segment about this leftist haven of hypocrites? I read a column a while back from Erica Rucker, and I thought it was PURE LIBERAL RACISM on parade. If a white columnist would have said the things this young black woman said, that columnist would be looking for another job, but hey, they are liberals, they are leftist, hypocrisy is their milk chocolate, their sports car, their mansion and their favorite form of standard operation. I intend to address Erica’s piece in my upcoming column about Martin Luther King, so check it out. Aaron Yarmuth, son of John, and the executive editor of LEO, has also graciously provided me great material for future blogs! These people are so easy to refute! I read in one blogging book on how there may be days that a blogger may have nothing to say, well, not in a world of leftist lunacy, the sky is the limit!

A FINAL WORD TO PARENTS AND BUSINESSES:

Please guys, take it from a sinner, be a watch dog for our kids. Don’t let this continue. Our kids are bombarded with enough sex and violence from TV, radio and video games, how about protecting them from it at the front doors of our restaurants, book stores and other establishments? If LEO is violating the law, simply because they feel as leftists they are above the law, its time to start drawing lines. I mean, I have heard public urination is now legal in New York, and in some other state they are paying criminals not to commit crimes, all courtesy of liberal stupidity, (it sounds true, because now the absurd, usually is) but can we at least try to have common sense in my home city of Louisville and Southern Indiana?

I will try to send Governor Bevin a link to my blog as well, he too may find it interesting. Consider this a complaint from a fellow sinner, certainly not a prude.
