When Americans go to bed at night, or whenever we lay our heads down to rest, we should have the confidence that our leaders are going to sleep, with their Constitutional oaths close to their hearts and our rights embedded in their foreheads. Unfortunately, instead of our leaders upholding our Constitutional protections with jealous vigor, they seek new ways to usurp them. We the People, wake up nearly every morning to a plethora of new attacks on our very own Bill of Rights, from men and women who could care less about freedom, their oaths, and are alien to moral principal. In fact, some of these leaders, defend newly manufactured Constitutional rights such as gay marriage, but continually mock the genuine rights recognized in the First and Second Amendments to the Constitution. They display a contempt for the Bill of Rights that beggars description. These leaders compound the betrayal of their Constitutional duty, by accusing the opposing political side of racism, sexism, and homophobia, and they say that Conservatives, Christians, and Republicans, are conducting a war on women, simply because such groups support a right to life.
The Real War on Women
The first big proclamation on the War against Women was announced by President Obama when he nominated Judge Merrick Garland to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court. There is no debate in regards to the Second Amendment to the Constitution. The Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms. That right is immutable. Five Supreme Court Justices possess no authority to render the Second Amendment useless , any more than all nine do. The Second Amendment was crafted by men who were breaking free of oppression, and they wanted what they considered a GOD given natural right (self defense), to be recognized on our nations founding document. The Founders did not give free men any Second Amendment right, they only acknowledged its inconceivable value by using the words “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”. There is no way what-so-ever to remove a natural and immutable right, it belongs to the people.
In order to remove the written value of the Second Amendment to the Constitution, the Constitution itself must be altered by the Amendment process inherit in the powers of the legislative body, not the Supreme Court. In the unlikely event the Second Amendment were repealed, it would still retain the force of an immutable natural right, the Amendment process would only change the recognition of that right in our Founding Document, not in reality. The right to self defense or self preservation, does not belong to collective groups, governments, kings or presidents. Nor does it belong to Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, the democratic leadership, or the Brady campaign to prevent gun violence. Any politician or governing force that would first claim that the Second Amendment is null and void, would be committing a high crime against the People, this republic, and violating their oath to uphold the Constitution and the Constitutional process.

Judge Merrick Garland, President Obama, Hillary Clinton, the Democratic leadership and the war on Women.
President Barack Obama has made it clear he is hostile to the Second Amendment to the Constitution. Hillary Clinton has even made the comment that she likes the Australian model of gun control. The Australian model represents nearly no gun ownership. Judge Merrick Garland, Obama’s nominee for the Supreme Court, has made it equally clear, that he opposes many individual rights when it comes to the Second Amendment. Hillary has also made it clear, that she intends to pursue gun control when she is elected. Clearly, Clinton intends to undermine an individual protection in the Constitution. In addition, Hillary said she intents to make transgender rights a priority in her administration. As mentioned earlier in this article, I point out how real rights are being attacked, while rights not inherit in the Constitution are being pursued by these immoral leaders.
Women are not only purchasing self defense firearms in record numbers across America, they are also obtaining concealed carry permits to carry them for self defense. The President has suggested legislation and programs that would take away a Woman’s immutable right to self defense. Hillary has followed this line of thinking, and so has Judge Merrick Garland. When a leader seeks to make laws that undermine our rights to self defense, it places all of us in jeopardy, and in many cases, women are at risk at being the most vulnerable victims of such unconstitutional actions by our leaders. This push to render America free of many classes and types of firearms, is not about the safety of Americans, but about control and the usurpation of freedom, as I will further elaborate, as the examination of the left’s War on Women continues.
The Real War on the Reproductive Rights of Women:
We often hear about the reproductive rights of Women when the subject of Abortion is brought up. My feelings on abortion are most likely evident somewhere on this site, but if not, the subject will come up in the future. I feel the term reproductive rights is misused in our culture, I believe there is one way, that the term fits perfectly. I would think that the one way where the term “reproductive rights” does apply, is in the case where a woman should have control of the act that leads to reproduction. If a woman has no control over the act that leads to reproduction, this would violate actual reproductive rights a woman possesses. For example, a rapist violates a woman’s reproductive rights, as well as many other rights.
Could a Supreme Court decision to remove the concept of the Second Amendment as an individual right, hinder the protections of a woman’s reproductive rights?
President Obama told a Rape survivor on a recent CNN town meeting that the question of having a gun in the home has been debated on both sides. Obama went on to say that the question involves having a firearm in the home and whether or not having that firearm protects you from that kind of violence (rape). He went on to tell this woman, who clearly had her reproductive rights previously violated, that what is true, said Obama, is that you have to be pretty well trained in order to fire a weapon against somebody who is assaulting you and catches you by surprise.
The truth is, is that many people simply show an intruder a firearm and the intruder flees the property, and in many other cases, the home owner will hear the intruder breaking in, and have plenty of time to reach the gun.
It is false that the motivation behind the destruction of the second Amendment is about gun safety. It is about controlling the law abiding populace, nothing more. The answer Obama gave to the Rape survivor at the CNN town hall meeting was nonsense!
More on the Reproductive Rights of Women:
When women were pawed and some allegedly raped in Cologne Germany by religious radicals, the mayor there, advised the victims of these excused lowlifes, that they should keep these men (rapists) at arms length. Does all this sound like a leader who cares about a woman’s safety? Quit buying their nonsense! They don’t care about you or me! Tell your elected officials that you reject Obama’s freedom hating radical gun banner as a Supreme Court nominee, and that you demand they do the same!
The War on the Second Amendment is a True War on Women, and accelerates Rape culture. So, the Biblical Constitution urges the Senate, particularity majority leader Mitch McConnell, to reject Obama’s Bill of Right’s destroyer, Judge Merrick Garland:
It does not matter whether Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump or someone else becomes President, as far as the issue of Judge Garland is concerned, because it is not about what happens in the future or about a bunch of what ifs. What matters to the supporters of the republican party is that they stand up and defend their principles, not their Senate seats. Stand up for principles from here on out, and reject the fear of reprisal that the democrats may promise you, and you will not have to worry about the next Donald Trump type character taking any future election away from you. I currently do not support Donald Trump, but I don’t support cowards either. People want to see a party with a backbone, a party that will stand against the party of immoral radicals that is turning this Country into a sick, perverted wasteland! Senator McConnell, pardon the pun, but stick to your guns, reject Judge Garland as Obama’s nominee. Tell Obama you took oaths to uphold the Constitution! How refreshing that would be to hear!
The First Amendment, the Second, and The War on Women and traditional Americans:
No matter who you are. No matter if you are a Christian, Conservative, Liberal, Gay, Straight, Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, Muslim, and most anyone else I may have forgotten. You are being either insulted or being used. There is no middle ground. These people want to control all of us. Quit embracing their deceptions and think for yourself. They do nothing each and everyday but promote hatred among us. They are not your friends. Their elite circles are actually really small. Beware of leaders with decades of empty promises, beware of leaders that pit each of us against each other. Beware of leaders that suppress free speech by giving free speech another name. The Bible proclaims we are all of one blood. There is life after death, the ape evolution propaganda is a lie. We were created. Wake up. A plethora of rich life does not come from nothing, anymore than things made by us, come from nothing. We create what is made, and GOD created us and all life.
